How are team orders priced?
Existing designs use current campaign pricing and the final purchase-flow quote, with shipping confirmed separately. No additional team discount is promised here. Custom design is quoted after reviewing the requirements.
Can delivery meet our event date?
Standard campaign orders are handed to the carrier within 15 calendar days after the campaign ends, including weekends and holidays. This is not a promise of arrival within 15 days. Discuss any event deadline first; custom production and transit timing require separate confirmation.
Does a bulk purchase count as multiple referrals?
No. Multiple sets bought by one purchaser do not equal multiple eligible new buyers. Shared goals and referral rewards follow their respective campaign eligibility rules. Custom work is not automatically included.
Can names differ? Can we add a logo?
Names can differ. Names, routes, dates and seats can all be edited individually before validation. Submit a cooperation request for logos, artwork and packaging, including permission to use any supplied assets.
What happens after I fill this in?
First review the list on this page. Continuing temporarily saves it in this tab, validates every pass and adds the whole batch to the existing cart. An order and payment still require checkout. Custom enquiries are submitted directly on this site. A saved reference confirms receipt; we follow up by email or WhatsApp.
