When you submit a photo to the Vokar Studio Photo Wall, web boarding pass generator, or any other public-facing feature, the following consent applies.
Die Verarbeitung Ihrer personenbezogenen Daten, einschließlich Ihres Bildnisses, richtet sich nach unserer Datenschutzerklärung.
Sie bestätigen, dass:
- Sie besitzen das Foto oder haben das uneingeschränkte Recht, es zu teilen.
- Every identifiable person in the photo has agreed to its public display.
- Das Foto enthält keine illegalen, hasserfüllten, sexuellen oder gewalttätigen Inhalte.
- Sie sind mindestens 16 Jahre alt. Wenn Sie unter 18 sind, haben Sie die Erlaubnis eines Elternteils oder Erziehungsberechtigten.
Sie gewähren Vokar Studio:
- Eine nicht-exklusive, gebührenfreie, weltweite Lizenz, das Foto für Vokar-Marketingzwecke anzuzeigen, zu reproduzieren und anzupassen (Website, Social Media, E-Mail-Kampagnen, Kickstarter-Seite).
- The right to overlay graphics (e.g., the astronaut helmet effect) and combine the photo with text captions you submit.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, you waive any moral rights or similar claims regarding these modifications, provided they are not used in a defamatory, misleading, or unlawful manner.
- Keine Eigentumsübertragung. Sie behalten alle Rechte.
KI-Moderation
All submissions pass through OpenAI Moderation API and a human review queue before publication. Your photos are sent to OpenAI strictly for safety screening. We do not use your likeness to train any AI models, nor do we permit OpenAI to use this data for training purposes. Approved photos appear within 24 hours. Rejected submissions receive an email explanation.
Widerruf
You may revoke this consent at any time by emailing [email protected] with the email you used to submit. We will remove the photo from digital platforms under our direct control within 7 days. Revocation applies only to future use and digital platforms under our direct control. It does not apply to printed materials, compiled promotional videos, or campaigns that have already been published or distributed before your revocation request. Photos already cached by third parties (e.g., social media re-shares) are outside our removal capability.
Haftung
Vokar Studio is not liable for the content of user-submitted photos. By submitting, you indemnify Blue Star Innovation Technology Limited against claims arising from your submission.
