Starship artifacts are made after order confirmation. Production is completed within 14 days, then the order enters the shipping workflow through our China-based fulfillment and logistics partners. You'll receive a shipment notification email with tracking once the parcel is handed to the carrier.

U.S. warehouse orders: when every item in an order to a United States address is in stock at our U.S. warehouse, the order is not made to order. It is packed and shipped from our U.S. warehouse, and the product page, cart and checkout show "Ships from our U.S. warehouse" when this applies.

This delivery estimate starts after production, packing, and handoff to the carrier. Customs delays in your country may add days. Delivery times are estimates and may be extended during peak holiday seasons, extreme weather events, or global logistics disruptions.

Free U.S. shipping: orders to a United States address that our U.S. warehouse can fulfill in full ship free. Checkout applies this automatically while stock is available. Customized items, and orders that include items not stocked in the U.S., use the standard rates below.

Boarding pass shipping is charged separately and shown before payment. U.S. free-shipping offers for eligible other products do not apply to boarding passes.

The Vokar 304 Stainless Steel Starship Artifact uses a subsidized US$30 standard shipping rate to supported destinations. Some small items, such as a single Cyber Aluminum Card Holder, use country-specific fixed shipping so the checkout price stays predictable. Free shipping promotions, when offered, are absorbed by Vokar.

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or clearance fees levied by the destination country or carrier. Vokar cannot predict these costs as they vary by country and item value. Customs paperwork is prepared according to the order, product category, destination, and carrier requirements.

If a package is returned to us or destroyed by customs due to the buyer's refusal to pay duties and taxes, failure to complete customs clearance, or due to an incorrect shipping address, the original shipping cost is non-refundable to the extent permitted by law. For personalized items (e.g., custom engraved passes), no refunds will be issued under these circumstances unless required by mandatory consumer law.

See our Refund Policy. If a shipment is lost or damaged, contact us with your order number and issue details. We will check with the carrier and handle it as soon as possible.

Please inspect your artifact upon arrival. Any shipping damage must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. For shipments marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 14 days so we can open a carrier investigation while records are still fresh.
