사진 및 초상 사용 동의

When you submit a photo to the Vokar Studio Photo Wall, web boarding pass generator, or any other public-facing feature, the following consent applies.

The processing of your personal data, including your likeness, is governed by our Privacy Policy.

You own the photo, or you have the unrestricted right to share it.
Every identifiable person in the photo has agreed to its public display.
The photo does not contain illegal, hateful, sexual, or violent content.
You are at least 16 years old. If under 18, you have permission from a parent or guardian.

You grant Vokar Studio:

A non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and adapt the photo for Vokar marketing purposes (website, social media, email campaigns, Kickstarter page).
The right to overlay graphics (e.g., the astronaut helmet effect) and combine the photo with text captions you submit.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you waive any moral rights or similar claims regarding these modifications, provided they are not used in a defamatory, misleading, or unlawful manner.
No transfer of ownership. You retain all rights.

AI Moderation

모든 제출물은 공개 전 OpenAI Moderation API와 사람의 검토를 거칩니다. 사진은 안전 검토 목적으로만 OpenAI에 전송됩니다. 당사는 사용자의 초상을 AI 모델 학습에 사용하지 않으며, OpenAI가 이 데이터를 학습 목적으로 사용하는 것도 허용하지 않습니다. 승인된 사진은 24시간 이내에 표시되며, 거절된 제출물에는 이메일로 사유를 안내합니다.

Revocation

You may revoke this consent at any time by emailing [email protected] with the email you used to submit. We will remove the photo from digital platforms under our direct control within 7 days. Revocation applies only to future use and digital platforms under our direct control. It does not apply to printed materials, compiled promotional videos, or campaigns that have already been published or distributed before your revocation request. Photos already cached by third parties (e.g., social media re-shares) are outside our removal capability.

Liability

Vokar Studio is not liable for the content of user-submitted photos. By submitting, you indemnify Blue Star Innovation Technology Limited against claims arising from your submission.
