Vokar Studio currently ships to the supported destinations shown below and at checkout. If your country is not listed, email us and we will check manually before you place an order.

主な速達配送業者（DHL、UPS、FedEx）は、私書箱またはAPO/FPO住所へ配送できません。チェックアウト時には有効な居住地または事業所の住所をご入力ください。

Vokar Studio is operated by a Hong Kong company, while production and fulfillment may be handled by our workshop and logistics partners in Mainland China. Tracking or shipping labels may show a China or carrier-facility origin.

2. 処理時間

Starshipアーティファクトは注文確認後に制作されます。制作は14日以内に完了し、その後、中国拠点のフルフィルメント・物流パートナーを通じて発送手続きに入ります。荷物が配送業者に引き渡されると、追跡番号付きの発送通知メールをお送りします。

3. 配送予定日数

· All supported destinations: estimated delivery is 14 days after shipment.

This delivery estimate starts after production, packing, and handoff to the carrier. Customs delays in your country may add days. Delivery times are estimates and may be extended during peak holiday seasons, extreme weather events, or global logistics disruptions.

4. 配送業者

We use SF International, DHL, UPS, FedEx, and local postal services depending on destination. The carrier choice is automated based on weight, value, and destination.

5. 配送料

The Vokar 304 Stainless Steel Starship Artifact uses a subsidized US$30 standard shipping rate to supported destinations. Some small items, such as a single Cyber Aluminum Card Holder, use country-specific fixed shipping so the checkout price stays predictable. Free shipping promotions, when offered, are absorbed by Vokar.

6. 関税・輸入税・税金

配送先の国または配送業者が課す関税、輸入税、VAT、通関手数料、取扱手数料は購入者のご負担です。これらの費用は国や商品価格により異なるため、Vokarでは事前に予測できません。通関書類は、注文内容、商品カテゴリ、配送先、配送業者の要件に従って作成されます。

購入者が関税・税金の支払いを拒否した、通関手続きを完了しなかった、または配送先住所に誤りがあったために荷物が返送または税関で廃棄された場合、法律で認められる範囲で元の送料は返金されません。カスタム刻印パスなどのパーソナライズ品については、強行法規上必要な場合を除き、このような状況で返金は行いません。

7. 追跡

発送後は、/account/orders または発送確認メール内のリンクからいつでも注文を追跡できます。

8. 紛失・破損した配送

返金ポリシーをご確認ください。配送が紛失または破損した場合は、注文番号と問題の詳細を添えてご連絡ください。配送業者に確認し、できるだけ早く対応します。

商品到着後、状態をご確認ください。配送中の破損は、配達から7日以内に写真証拠を添えてご連絡ください。配達済み表示なのに受け取っていない場合は、配送業者の記録が新しいうちに調査を開始できるよう、14日以内にご連絡ください。
