2. 처리 기간

Starship 아티팩트는 주문 확인 후 제작됩니다. 제작은 14일 이내에 완료되며, 이후 중국 기반의 풀필먼트 및 물류 파트너를 통해 배송 절차에 들어갑니다. 택배가 운송사에 인계되면 추적 정보가 포함된 발송 알림 이메일을 받게 됩니다.

3. 예상 배송 기간

This delivery estimate starts after production, packing, and handoff to the carrier. Customs delays in your country may add days. Delivery times are estimates and may be extended during peak holiday seasons, extreme weather events, or global logistics disruptions.

4. 운송사

목적지에 따라 SF International, DHL, UPS, FedEx 및 현지 우편 서비스를 사용합니다. 운송사는 무게, 금액, 목적지를 기준으로 자동 선택됩니다.

5. 배송비

The Vokar 304 Stainless Steel Starship Artifact uses a subsidized US$30 standard shipping rate to supported destinations. Some small items, such as a single Cyber Aluminum Card Holder, use country-specific fixed shipping so the checkout price stays predictable. Free shipping promotions, when offered, are absorbed by Vokar.

6. 관세, 세금 및 수입 비용

목적지 국가 또는 운송사가 부과하는 관세, 수입세, VAT, 통관 대행료 및 통관 비용은 구매자 책임입니다. 국가와 상품가에 따라 달라지므로 Vokar는 해당 비용을 예측할 수 없습니다. 통관 서류는 주문, 상품 분류, 목적지 및 운송사 요구 사항에 따라 준비됩니다.

如果包裹因买家拒绝支付关税和税费、未完成清关，或因收货地址错误而被退回给我们或被海关销毁，在法律允许范围内，原始运费不予退还。对于定制商品（例如定制刻字登机牌），在这些情况下不予退款，除非强制性消费者法律另有要求。

7. 배송 추적

发货后随时可在 /account/orders 或发货确认邮件中的链接查看物流状态。

8. 분실 또는 파손 배송

请参阅退款政策。如遇丢件 / 损件，请联系我们并提供订单号和问题详情。我们会向承运商核实，并尽快处理。

请在抵达时检查你的造物。任何运输损坏必须在交付后 7 天内凭照片证据向我们报告。对于物流显示已送达但未收到的包裹，请在 14 天内联系我们，以便我们在承运商记录仍然有效时发起调查。
